Dissemination Conference Grants provide financial support for Action Participants to deliver oral presentations on the work of the Action at high-level conferences. These events must be organized by a third party (i.e., not organized or co-organized by the COST Action).
Objectives:
- Increase Visibility: Significantly enhance the profile of the Action within the research community and the visibility of the presenter.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Attract new participants and stakeholders while disseminating Action results to relevant end-users at high-profile international conferences.
Benefits:
- To the Grantee: Support for attending and delivering an oral presentation on Action activities and results, while developing new professional contacts and future collaborations.
- To the COST Action: Increased global awareness and new connections with potential stakeholders.
Financial Support: In accordance with COST rules, the maximum limit per Dissemination Conference Grant for face-to-face meetings is EUR 2,500.
Timeline
- Application Deadline: March 19, 2026, 12:00 PM Brussels time.
- Results Announcement: March 23, 2026
- Conference Dates: Conferences must take place by June 30, 2026.
Evaluation Priorities:
- Presentation about EUPopLink or one of its main deliverables.
- Level of active involvement in EUPopLink (e.g. holding a leadership role)
- Demonstrated deep understanding of EUPopLink’s core objectives.
- Consideration of gender balance.
Post-Grant Obligations: Grantees are required to submit a short report of their experience for the EUPopLink newsletter and provide digital content (posts, photos, or short videos) for the Action’s website and social media channels.
